Platanias Beach is one of the most popular beaches in western Crete, located just a few kilometers west of Chania. It offers a long stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters, making it perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The beach is well-equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants along the shoreline, providing a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
